Retrofit scope
Packhouse retrofits are rarely clean-sheet projects. The gooseneck tray feeder work was about fitting useful conveyor geometry into existing packhouse constraints while keeping access, drop positions, reject flow and fabrication logic under control.

Engineering approach
The work sits between layout, product flow and fabrication. The useful detail is in centre spacing, leg positions, electrical box clearances, reject tray paths, roller locations, folded profiles and the parts that make the design installable without turning the existing line upside down.

Outcome
The result was a practical design set for gooseneck tray feeder retrofits across packhouse layouts: repeated enough to fabricate efficiently, flexible enough to adapt to spacing, reject line and site constraints.
The conveyor layouts worked around existing line spacing and retrofit constraints.
The drawing set supported DXF cutting, folding, brackets, rollers and assembly detail.
Multi-drop, single gooseneck and reject line options were treated as related design variants.
